Hi! We’re Wil and Kara Kinzinger, and our farm is located at Roberts, IL. Kinzinger Farms has raised beef cattle since 1983. The beef you can expect from our farm is tender, juicy and full of flavor. Our cattle are mostly angus or angus cross breed, producing exceptional meat for your family. We pride ourselves in keeping a healthy herd, and we accomplish this by keeping a clean barn, providing consistently fresh water, a healthy diet, and careful management. You can be sure of the product you’re buying, and that gives us great pride.

A quarter of beef is a great idea for a typical family of 2-3

HALF OF BEEF
A half of beef is what my family prefers. If you enjoy steak, you’ll find quite a few in this option! This is an appropriate order for typical families of 3-5.

HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is easy! Simply choose a quarter, half, 3/4, or whole beef and let us know below. Each quarter that is ordered will contain 1/4 of all the burger, steaks, roasts, etc. A down payment per quarter is required to secure your beef; this will be applied to your total cost. As always, your butcher fees will be paid by you when you pick up your meat because you’ll get to choose how you’d like your processing done, if you have any special requests or preferences.
